Membership tiers
Three tiers.
Tier one
Silver Tier
Entry-level membership with standard rewards and support.
Tier two
Gold Tier
Enhanced rewards, priority support, and additional Gold Reward Coins.
Tier three
Platinum Tier
Premium benefits, exclusive privileges, and maximum reward advantages.
Gold Reward Coins
Members earn Gold Reward Coins based on recruitment coordination activities and platform participation. These coins are loyalty-based reward points and can be redeemed for selected platform benefits and travel-related rewards.
Tier upgrade criteria
Membership tiers are upgraded based on the volume of workers successfully onboarded through the platform. Higher onboarding activity leads to higher membership tiers.
